The Beatles Statue is a monument depicting four legendary singers of the popular group in their hometown. This statue is located on the waterfront of the river Mersey, close to the Pier Head.
Statue of «The Beatles» was delivered on the waterfront of Liverpool in December 2015. The opening of the monument coincides with the 50th anniversary of the last group concert, which was held in the Liverpool Empire theatre. Sculpture author: Andrew Edwards.
Human figures turned out slightly larger than life-size. In total, the sculpture weight is 1.2 tons.
