Dolphin Reef in Eilat

The dolphin reef is located on the Red Sea and is unique place in Israel, where visitors can watch dolphins in their natural habitat.

Dolphin Reef was opened in 1990. Complex covers an area of ​​10,000 sq.m. Maximum depth is 12 meters.

The area is beautifully decorated, there are a lot of greenery on the territory. Also there is a cafe and a souvenir shop.

The beach inside is divided into 2 zones - inside the first  inner zone visitors can swim. Dolphins live in the second, outer zone. There you can swim only for a separate fee (in addition to the price of the admission ticket). Those who did not buy swimming with dolphins can go to the pier and watch animals from there.

Ticket prices

  • Adults (over 15 years old) NIS 69
  • Child (ages 3-15) NIS 48

There are special prices for students, disabled people and groups. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

According to some sources, the entrance ticket is valid for 2 days (only for tourists, not for locals).

Entrance to the pools with dolphins - for a separate fee. The ticket price includes beach, chairs, umbrellas.

  • Sunday - Thursday 09:00-17:00
  • Friday, Saturday and holidays 09:00-16:30

How to get 

By bus:

"Mitsrayim Road / Dolfin Reef" bus stop, buses number 15 and 30 (to go back - buses 16 and 30).

There is a parking available.
