Paphos Airport is located 6.5 kilometers from the Paphos city centre.
Public transport
There are buses from the city to the airport.
If your flight departs or arrives very early in the morning or late in the evening, then it may happen that public transport is not avaliable.
There are 2 different routes from the airport to the city: bus number 612 and bus number 613.
612 bus goes to Kato Paphos (station in the lower town next to the sea), and 613 goes to the upper station near the market (Nikodemu Milon St. 1).
Stops
Both routes depart from the airport and there won't be a problem to find a bus stop. As you exit the airport, it will be on the right hand side of the pedestrian crossing.

Travel time: approximately 30-35 minutes.
Highlights: you can pay for the ticket in cash to the driver, the fare is 1.5 euros, boarding is only through the front door.

Rent a Car
Many car rental offices are represented at Paphos Airport, so renting a car should not be a big problem.
It is only worth noting that Cyprus has left-hand traffic, which can be a problem for some drivers who are used to the opposite.
